Delivery Policy for Online Products:
50% payment of the online product must be received via our secure online payment gateway prior to the electronic delivery and to finish the delivery after receiving them. Once payment has been received, the customer will be sent a date on which the product will be ready for delivery. At any stage, if a customer is experiencing problems on taking delivery of the online products ordered, they can contact us on info@youngfreddie.com or our cellphone number that are on our website www.youngfreddie.com .We only get online payment through M-pesa +25405710089.We don’t accept any payment that are not online transactions such as personal cheques , postal money orders.

1. Delivery charges.

-Free for Nairobi residents and its residents
-Charges of a minimum of ksh.250 and this varies as according to the weight to parcels sent out of Nairobi e.g. Mombasa, Kisumu,Eldoret,Nyeri

2. Delivery timescales.

-Typically orders are delivered between 2to 5 days for the Nairobi residents

-If placed and should be sent outside Nairobi, we recommend expecting delivery within 3 to 5 days

2.1 International deliveries
International orders are shipped by………., who passes the package onto your overseas delivery company. International shipping is calculated in the checkout, this may take 3 to 10 working days

3.Missed deliveries

-If you are not in to receive the delivery at the time the delivery is attempted, they transport company will keep the parcels until you finds time to collect it and most likely they will text or call you when they receive the parcels for a client.
-If for any reason the item is returned to us (e.g. incorrect address specified, item not called for), then we will inform you immediately by calling or email as soon as we receive the item. From this point forth, you will be given a choice whether you wish us to re-dispatch the item or for you to cancel the order.
-Please note that for items that were undelivered through fault of the consumer and a refund is requested, we reserve the right to deduct our outwardly sending or shipping fees from the refund total.

4. Late deliveries or dispatch
Although we are able to ship almost every order in the specified delivery timescale, in rare circumstances our sending capacity can be exceeded and cause a delay of one or two extra day. We regret that this situation can occur occasionally, and is an unfortunate situation which is naturally associated with buying online, however this only occurs in rare situations and, should this occur, your order is marked for urgent delivery the following day.

The other circumstance which may cause a delay is when the delivery service itself has a problem. This, again, is a rare situation but is unfortunately beyond our control. In these situations, we will do our very best to take responsibility for the situation and ensure that your order is delivered as quickly as possible.

5. METHOD OF DELIVERY.

5.1 Express delivery. This is where the parcels is sent to you directly from us using buses.
5.2 Door to door delivery-This is for Nairobi residents only where our team delivers our products to your door step or office.
5.3-International Delivery-This is where the parcel need to be shipped out of the country, we communicate though sending you an email on the company doing the delivery service and takes between 3 to 10 days
